- A running chick
- I'm a 46 year-old wife, mother and runner. I love to run. It brings me peace, it keeps me fit, it eases my mind and clears out the clutter. I am also a Beachbody Coach and am currently beginning my third year of P90X. I believe the strength training helps my running immensely. I also try to eat clean, and feed my family the same.
