I'm seriously going to get back to my every other day run routine, just to prevent risking injury for now. I'm going to start researching marathons and decide which to run next year and then find a program to follow. Runmeter does have one. I'll ask on Facebook if anyone has tried to follow that one. It looks relatively easy...but I hate easy.
I already did 90 minutes on the treadmill. My usual 4.0 walk between a 4 and 12% incline, randomly selected by Life Fitness.
Now, after a brief respite looking for my husbands glasses in the woods (long story), we are ready for P90X Chest and Back. Bring it.
